Customers with any form of medical condition, food intolerance or food allergies should be aware that while our products are non-GMO and made from natural ingredients, there may be traces of products such as milk, eggs, soy, gluten and nuts. Rosie’s Confections will not be liable for adverse reactions to food voluntarily consumed, but will be transparent with all ingredients used in products if a request is made to our staff via phone, email or in-store.
Rosie’s Confections makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However there is always risk of cross-contamination since our kitchen uses products such as milk, eggs, gluten, soy, tree nuts etc.
We are Serv-Safe certified and are meticulous about sanitation of all equipment and utensils used between projects, but we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our confections.
