Tradition, quality & sustainability all in a box of chocolates.

Rosie’s Confections

Founded by Chocolatier Emma Rose, Rosie’s Confections is known for unique chocolate creations, such as French style Bonbons, and Vermont’s most beloved cannabis edibles found throughout the state.

The founding block of Rosie's Confections is an undying love for fine chocolate. Sourcing high-end couvertures from makers who pay a premium for cocoa beans ensures the highest quality in flavor and texture, and the fair treatment of farmers who are at the heart of chocolate’s supply chain.

Traditional Chocolates

Emma Rose began her journey in chocolate after years of working in the culinary and pastry world. Falling in love with the medium, she channeled her immense creativity into creating little works of art with flavors just as exciting as their appearance. She is the sole artist behind Rosie’s Bonbon Collections, which are not available all-year round. Specializing in seasonal collections, Emma creates new novel flavors whenever the inspiration hits. Chocolate

I truly fell in love with chocolate the first time I tasted real quality confections from Switzerland and Belgium on a trip in New York City. Despite how complex it is to make this amazing food, from the cocoa tree to the chocolate bar, it is clear that chocolate is a staple in our culture, procuring joy and a higher quality of life. Almost everyone loves chocolate and for me there is no better feeling than making others happy as they eat a chocolate I’ve put my heart and soul into creating.

Shipping Chocolates Across the USA

The Art of Shipping Chocolate

Chocolate melting during travel is a problem all business owners in the industry must face. It can get very tricky to ship our Vermont chocolate to you during the heat of the summer months and make sure they arrive in perfect shape. This is why next day air is often the preferred method, and we fill your box with things like ice packs and insulation wrap.

Every chocolate business must have a sophisticated shipping policy in place to ensure the best methods are in practice! To understand how we handle it, read about our shipping policy below.
